Patient Advocacy Summit 2025: Time to Register!

The time is here! The Koolen de Vries Patient Advocacy Summit will be held in Chicago, IL, USA from July 16th – 18th, 2025. There are so many sessions to be part of, so come prepared to learn and have fun with our KdVS community.

Early Bird Registration is currently running until May 28th, 2025 – HURRY BEFORE PRICES INCREASE! Regular Registration will run from May 29th through June 15th. KdVS individuals are free.

Tickets include: 

• Admission to all sessions on Thursday 7/17 and Friday 7/18
• Desserts/drinks on Wednesday at the Kickoff Celebration
• Lunch on Thursday & Friday
• 2025 KdVSF Patient Advocacy Summit t-shirt
• Personalized ID badge
• 2 raffle tickets for prize drawings on Thursday 7/17 and Friday 7/18

Tickets do not include:

• Hotel room reservations (Book Here for KdVS Special Rate)
• Travel expenses
• Breakfast
• Evening meals/outings
• Childcare

Childcare:

Aside from registration tickets, attendees will also be able to purchase childcare tickets. These tickets are sold per child or individual. If you have multiple children that will be utilizing childcare while at the summit, be sure to purchase a ticket for each child. You can mix and match from the following time slots. 

• Thursday 7:45-12:00PM
• Thursday 1:00-5:00PM
• Friday 7:45-12:00PM
• Friday 1:00-5:00PM

Meet the Experts!

20 minute, one-on-one sessions are available for purchase! This gives you the opportunity to speak with Dr. Koolen or Dr. De Vries about your individual child or situation in a private manner. Space is limited, so be sure to make these purchases early!
