Emily Lemke

Board Member

Emily (she/her) has lived all over the United States, working in both music education and clinical mental health. She holds a master’s degree in social work from the University of Maryland-Baltimore and a bachelor’s degree in music education from the University of Illinois. In 2018, Emily started Tiny Tubie Shop, an online store for medically fragile and tube-fed families. She became interested in Koolen de-Vries Syndrome when her daughter was diagnosed at 18 months. Emily loves connecting with KdVS families from all around the world and is passionate about KdVS education and advocacy. She joined the board in 2022 and is a Summit Committee co-chair.  In her spare time, Emily enjoys sewing, perfecting homemade pizzas, and exploring new cities and national parks. 

Emily is involved with the Outreach Committee and as co-chair of the Summit Committee.
